"I went and asked for a trim with 2 inches off. After about an hour of cutting and getting asked multiple times if my hair looked even and me telling them it was uneven and choppy, I finally had enough and said I wanted to be done. The hairstylist asked if I wanted her to see if she didn’t need to charge since I wasn’t happy. She called the owner, and after 10-15 minutes of waiting, the owner spoke to me on the phone and asked what had happened. I told her the cut was uneven and choppy and that around 4 inches of hair had been cut instead of 2 and that I had to go somewhere to get it fixed. She then had the hairstylist measure the cut hair in front of me to see if I was telling the truth. At that point, I said I just wanted to go and was not the one who had brought up not paying and that I couldn’t come back in the afternoon for the owner to fix my hair. I was given a 50% discount and still had to pay $35 for a bad cut. I then went to Jillian’s salon and had my hair even and smooth cut in 20 minutes."
