"Garbage, Dude on my feet was horrible. Did not understand anything I was saying. I did not pay to be a Guinea pig. Did not scrub my feet well at all. Clipped but did not file toe nails. She some lady drinking wine that works there gone tell my my toe nails grow naturally round. Clearly she did not look at my toes. None of my nails are round. I will never go there again. The guy that painted my nails could not do that well. He started then had to wipe it all off. I walked out with unpolished toes and done uneven nails. Like I know you see this is not even. I say it’s not even he go and file the side. Horrible. This mess cost to much to walk out messed up!"

"On 9/2/23 went in and asked Cindy can she wax my chin. She was sitting letting Shawn(her husband) drill something off her nails! When she comes to wax my chin she started the process. After she applied the wax and the wax paper she goes and beat on my chin then pulled the paper off…..meanwhile she continues to wax the same areas on my chin guessing cause the hair wasn’t coming out(that’s why you tweeze afterwards) she then starts to apply the wax on the side of my face and my cheeks area i stopped her then! She tried to apply more wax to my chin but I sat up! She asked if I wanted her to tweeze the rest I told her no! She wiped me up with some type of wax cleanser that still didn’t remove all the wax and left it there! This are the pics of how unprofessional Cindy was on this day and Grace usually does my wax but she was running late and I figured Cindy knew what she was doing but unfortunately NOT!"

"I went for the first time. No wait for a pedicure. I got the deluxe pedicure. It was amazing! Next day I went back and had my gel nails filled. Moon did my nails and she did an amazing job Job! I like them short, square, thin."

"I have been going here for the past 8 years. It took a lot to post this but I have spent my hard earned money here and thought I build a solid relationship with my nail tech but I was wrong. Serene is good but today I found out it's about money. This was the second time that she gave me a nail fugus. On top of that she messed my nails up for an important events. I inboxed her a video of my nails showing her that my nails and my design (diamonds were different colors nor all silver like what I showed her or paid for $105)were messed up. Told her I would come back on Thursday to get them fix. She told me to come at 5pm. I made at 5pm exact. She had put someone else in spot so I had to attend another event with meesed up nails. She refused to do my nails. I was pissed but I still compromised and told her I would just comeback the following week. I get there then she acts like I change the design, added different diamonds, and that it wasnt a fungus. She made it as if it was my fault instead of apologizing and correcting her mistake. After going to her for 8 years she showed her true colors. THEY HAVE BEEN DILUTING THE POLISH, TAKING SHORT CUTS, GIVING PEOPLE NAIL FUNGUS, OUT DATED POLISH, NO NEW DESIGNS, AND BAD ATTITUDES. DO NOT COME HERE. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU ARE SHOWN RESPECT AND APPRECIATION. She got mad and wouldnt do my nails because I called her out on it. I trued to compromise with her and she got loud and disrespectful with me. THEY ARE SELFISH AND DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. SPEND IT SOME WHERE ELSE. I use to refer them all the time but I will never go back. I will not refer them again either."

"I should have listened. I read the reviews. I was not sold on their services. But there was an hour wait at KT’s and I really wanted my fangas and toes done. This is a life lesson…patience can save you from suffering! First of all…the lady who did my pedicure didn’t ask me if the water was too cold, too warm…nothing. Didn’t give me a list of services. I had to ask her. I got the $50 Happy Feet but the way she rubbed my legs for 1 minute and 36 seconds…not happy. THEN…she was about to put the polish on without the first, clear coat. I said something and then she went to talking Vietnamese (probably talking about me but who cares). My color was cute so all was forgiven. Despite that lukewarm performance I decided to go ahead and get a manicure as well. I should have stopped while I was ahead. The manicurist was going too fast, getting rid of my many month’s worth of cuticles and cut me. Ok…these things happen. She gets some green antiseptic vial but I keep bleeding. She’s asking me to wash my hands. I keep bleeding. She’s saying it’s ok and normal but I keep bleeding! She applies pressure and I think it’s ok, she finishes up my gel manicure. But then I look down and I’M STILL BLEEDING! So at this point I just want to get out of here. I’ve dropped a pint of blood and am hungry. Add on the super annoyance of them passing on the credit card processing fee to the customer. I’m beyond done and ready to go. Plus…it wasn’t a lot of customers (I went Friday afternoon) but I see what the other reviewers mentioned. The space is super congested. Moral of the story…trust your gut!"
