"If I could put 0 stars I would!!! My family and I came to this location in Slidell for a short vacation, as we are members at this location! Upon check out we went to the front desk to discuss our stay. The receptionist nor manager really wanted to help us. So I asked for their names and the mangers number which they refused to give me. The manager this morning Feb. 17, proceeded to call me out my name and even tried to fight me. I have photo evidence of all this. The front desk receptionists male and female were just as unprofessional as her. I’ll never be staying at this location again, as long as extremely unprofessional people work there. Sucks because this is a beautiful hotel. They need to be fired!"

"I stayed at the hotel for five days over the holiday. On day three I requested housekeeping service for my room at the front desk and I was told that it would be taken care of. I left that morning and didn’t return until 11 pm to a dirty room. No one had cleaned the room. I went to the front desk and was only offered towels. The next morning I spoke with the manager and he tells me that I had a do not disturb sign on my door on the 24th and 25th and I said yes because we didn’t need anything and that has nothing to do with the 26th, the day that I requested service. This hotel is being poorly run and maintained. The toilet in the room would flush when the guest next to us would flush their toilet. This was my go to hotel whenever I would visit the area. That must change."

"Great place to stay right outside of New Orleans but easy drive to downtown. Rooms were clean and spacious. Nice indoor pool and hot tub, and good Continental breakfast .Lots to do close around . Will stay here again!"

"Choose king bed, handicap room through the App. Paid for it but once we checked in, we were told there were no handicap accessible room or King beds left. Had to take 2 queen beds. Place was empty! Parking lot had just a few cars in it. Room was nice and Very clean. Receptionist was very pleasant and did her best to help us. Would go back again and give it another try if we’re in the area."

"I can explain my rating. I booked the room 3 months in advance but when I got there both jr suites were taken. Explain how this happens? We had 4 family members and had to pile into a double queen room. Not exactly easy when you are 6'3". I asked the front desk (who was sweet and this is not by any means her fault) and she said, "I'll have a manager speak with you." Two minutes later she came back by herself and only said, "This is all we have." If management cannot find the time to speak with the customers or at least give a good reason why they can't at the moment, they don't need to be managers. I say that as a manager of a busy ER. Then we got into our room and the AC doesn't work and the bath/facial bar of soap is the size of two marbles sitting side by side. The good side: The place is clean, pool is clean, and the front desk attendant was nice."
