"Horrible customer service. Worker there made us feel unwelcome the whole time. We had a group of 10 people with three lanes reserved. When we wanted to renew games, all because we had the wrong three players on the lane and other four players on the other lane, they shut down the other lane. Also, they wouldn’t let a father play with his child on a lane."

"Worst, worst of the worst! Had a pre-planned birthday party scheduled for 4pm-6pm, Saturday. Arrived, did not get shoes, or wasn't able to get all paid until 4:45. Had exactly 1:15 to bowl, cut cake etc. Also was charged for arcade cards, they forgot to preprint so after getting manager on the phone. She agreed to refund me the card money but never offered an extra 30 minutes of bowling or anything. We were able to bowl 1 game with our time frame. It was not busy at 6 when it ended. Just very unorganized and In No hurry to get the party going."

"Great old school bowling alley. We've been for birthday parties and the kids just love it."

"The place was good to visit with our friends. We really had a good time. The only thing I will say, the place might need a little uplift. They do have lockers that you can rent out and food area where you can order food and drinks."

"It was our first time visiting Bowling USA today, but it definitely won't be our last. It was a really pleasant and nostalgic experience for us older folks. The snack bar service was phenomenal, and they even still have the working pay phone. It's like stepping back into childhood if you grew up hanging out at the local bowling alley like we did."
