"I waited 30mins to check out. The only cashier/manager available was on a needed break after more than 5 hrs without one.. Looks like a staffing issue w/ only 2 staff members and one unable to run the register. Hard to blame the workers there. A hand full of customers walked out and several were fussing about it. The line was probably 6 to 8 ppl deep. This is a long going issue at your store. By far not my best experience."
"Poor customer service. Cashiers usually don't greet you. They treat you as if you're a bother to them. You're rushed at the register to "press the button" before an option even pops up for a receipt on the screen. Usually one cashier, long lines. Workers holding random conversations with the cashier while the line continues to grow. Manger walks around as the line continues to grow, sometimes she helps. Use to love this store & location. Now days I'm in & out or I go to other locations with friendlier staff & less wait time. It's ridiculous over here!"
