"Bakery has changed. He used to go out of my way to buy their French bread but the last three weeks the bread has been soft and mushy on the inside. Not sure what's going on with the bakery but French bread is crispy and soft on the inside"

"We had a few different king cakes and the were all delicious. They were moist with lots of filling. Now, if you could show the Ocean Springs location how to make them. We spent $22.99 on a strawberry cream cheese king cake that had no cream cheese, and very little strawberry, not to mention it was overbaked and dry. Will definitely only buy from the Gulfport location."

"It looks like Christmas in this store! They had lots of baking and baked goodies at the front to feast your eyes on, and every shelf was stocked full! The best produce department I've seen here yet!!! Every person had a smile on their face including other customers! We all know you're shopping the quality Rouses offers!!! Recommend over every grocery!!!"

"The flower section is awesome in a sense of the quality of the flowers, but the lady behind the counter has no personality, she don’t care. Never acknowledged my husband trying this buy flowers and never help him out to make a decision which one could be the best fit for the celebration. He stood there for more than 10 min and she never ask him if he needed any help, as a matter of fact he took the bouquet from the freezer and she didn’t even saw him taking it. The saddest part is that this isn’t the first time in another occasion the same lady did the same thing just ignored him. We were trying to think why? is it the way he was dressed, the way he looks or what? because many times he stop at the store after working out at the gym and his attire is just workout clothes and not a tie and suit. We should treat everyone the same not matter what. I appreciate my husband for the gesture but I also told him that if they don’t treat him with dignity is best to take our time and money to someone to appreciate anyone no matter what. Don’t judge the book by his cover. He spoke with the manager in charge just to let him know that she need it a talk, by no means I want anyone to get in trouble but at the same time you have to had pride of what you do. By the way he bought the flowers even though he wasn’t happy about the treatment there and also was the most expensive arrangement that they have. But that’ll be the last one."
