I didn’t get the first order right because I pronounced the word incorrectly and so I came back to buy a new coffee, and she didn’t hesitate to correct me in a very rude way. They should be more patient to understand considering the amount of non English speakers in this country"
"The store is very nice, but the starbucks barista (curly blue hair) was extremely rude, because my daughter didn't know how to correctly pronounce the name of a coffee. Sad to leave the house and try to have a pleasant moment and have to come across it."
"We tried to buy baseball cards there. They were 5 boxes and the cashier told us we couldn't buy them all. She said if you go get someone else to buy the other two boxes. He said you Ok so I'll go grab my cousin will you hold them she says yes. Go 5 mins later we came back and she said someone bought them which really she hid them behind the counter. First of all since when do we have a limit of things we can buy at Barnes and noble?? Very upset customer."
