"He showed up driving a blue dodge truck with an older lady in the Passanger seat. He gave a price for what my friend wanted to be repaired in the house asked for 1/3rd down thats over a thousand dollars but never showed up the next day like agreed abound.He also lied about that he replaced the electrical box as we went to check on it at the house and we were looked at the old one as he was telling her he replaced.Lied about giving her back the money she wants to know where it is.Beware of this scammer. He must not be doing work for anyone has time to respond making himself look like the victim. He never got back with Linda or tried to returned the money he took."

"I live out of state and hired him to do work on a house I bought and am trying to move in to. No service done at all after taking my money. Repeatedly told me over the phone he was at my home doing work . Every day told me something new was finished. But when I got there this evening nothing was touched. He lied to me! Nobody has done any work at all. James does not tell the truth and is Not an honest businessman. I am looking to press charges for contractor fraud if he does not return my money. "Mr.James Branch took $1,2030 was to start fixing electrical wiring and plumbing in my house..He never show up and lied that he already fixed the wiring..I went to my house and nothing was fixed..Om going to file a lawsuit against Handy man home repairs..He is a bad person taking advantage of senior citizen who needs home repairs. Do not use James Branch..He is a big Liar"

"Today I needed a kitchen sink leak fixed fast. I called the first handyman that I found on Google in the Gulfport area. James took my call and said he would be there that day to repair the leak. He got there and worked and said the the repair is completed. He charged me $350 and I paid him. He said his work was guaranteed for 90 days and if there is any type of issue he will come back and fix it for FREE. 10 minutes later, the tenants said the sink was still leaking. I let James know right away and he said he would fix it tomorrow.. The next day we agreed that it would be best to put new pipes under the sink for the best outcome. He needed $45 for the materials so I gave it to him and he went back to the house and said he couldnt fix it because he needed more materials for another $45. After paying him an additional $90 for material's he said it was fixed but he would need another $125 for the extra work. When he said it was done he left the pipe open running water in the cabinet eventually through a whole into the ground. Pictures below. I told him that is not professional and because he stated he was licensed and bonded, I wanted professional work done. I feel I was over charged after paying $565. I also feel the work was not guaranteed. Im glad the job is done. Thank you James."
