Taco Bell

"While waiting on my order to go, a lady came in and strutted over to the counter and asked for a Free Cup of Water. A worker told her he would be with her shortly. She then stormed out saying she was going to KFC after waiting a minute or so... then she came back in a movie later demanding her free "water"... then started dancing in the lobby. No way this person was not on drugs... she then went back to the counter while another guest was ordering and started slapping the counter. This time with a raised voice asking for her free water.. That she was got one yesterday.. And on top wanted them to give her an extra cup for ice.. She was getting more upset by the second. Another worker told her someone would be with her... now she is causing a scene. Everyone waiting in line to get their order and the ones tring to enjoy their lunch are all aggravated. The one lady in front of me said she wanted her food to go instead of dining in since that lady was acting so rude and ridiculous. After a few more slaps on the counter and now yelling for a free water a different worker finally walked up and gave her a cup. That lady snatched it, grabbed her purse off the counter and went over to the drink station mouthing something angry... This is where I got MAD. SHE GOT A MOUNTAIN DEW AND CURSED OUT THE STORE ON HER WAY OUT. I was upset for Taco Bell for her getting away with a soda. I was so mad I raised my voice to tell those coworkers she just got a mountain dew, Not a "free water" which still costs taco bell for the cup. The lady said, its ok. She is a regular. NOW I'M FURIOUS. I work my @ss off to be able to afford to buy a drink. On the rare occasions i get to buy lunch or dinner, I get water cause i can't afford the $2+ drink. This day specially i skipped lunch for myself so i could buy my coworker lunch that couldn't afford to eat cause she was trying to raise a grandson... so why is Taco Bell "allowing" this lady to do this? She does Not appreciate it. In fact, she is only going to think she will be able to do this every day and become a problem anywhere she goes expecting other people abs business to cater to her desires... Do I wish i got free drinks?! No. I work hard for what I earn and do without when I have to. She needs to learn that she can work for those luxuries or at least be grateful for even a water which i would make behind the counter and give her since she wants to abuse people's kindness.. I'm still mad that they would rather give away free drinks than call the police if she is going to cause problems. That's one big thing wrong with this country right now. Nobody wants to earn a living. They think they are entitled to being catered to. And guess what? People and businesses like Taco Bell are enabling them to keep taking advantage of others. They have no motivation to do any different. Sorry for the rant but I work way too hard to watch someone demand free things and get it when I have to go without and make sacrifices just to get bills paid sometimes. P.s. Coworker said the $6 cravings box I got her was great. I've eaten here a few times a while back. Drive through every time. My food has always been great."

"Did drive-through. Easy in easy out. Very courteous and my order was hot and correct they were rocking it tonight! Iasked for Pico de Gallo but they say they don’t carry it anymore. And that’s awful cause I was looking forward to some. So I had to put hot sauce on my tacos, roughing it!"
