"In the 3-4 months have been ordering online at this store, today was the first day I have ever had to wait for my online order to be ready. I order at least once a week. With that said, I did not mind waiting because they have never once got my order wrong. Even when given specific instruction to change the sandwich. They are very nice. While I was waiting they constantly checked on me and gave me coupons for the wait. Great food, staff, and service."

"There were 4 employees working when we visited. They were all nice, so good customer service is clearly a thing here. With that said, they were a bit too talkative and none of them had on masks. I debated eating there, but lack of masks is a constant and unfortunate thing in Mississippi. I also didn’t like the fact that so many hands (although gloved) were touching the sandwiches. It took 3 people to make the sandwich. I was extremely disappointed in the food. The ingredients appeared to be low quality. I ordered the #9 Club Supreme. The roast beef and turkey tasted like water, no taste at all. My sandwich was dressed with almost everything and the only thing I tasted was the bacon. The bread was hard and not good either. I ate less than half of my 7 inch sandwich and threw the rest away. The other guest did the same. I’ve been wanting to eat at Jersey Mike’s for the longest, but apparently I haven’t been missing anything."
