"We love Schlotzsky's sandwiches! We don't have them near our home. The bread is the best! Just the combination of the sandwich ingredients is delicious!"

"We love to eat at Schlotsky's, both in Madison and in Flowood. The restaurant is always clean, the staff has always been friendly, and the sandwiches are some of my favorite deli sandwiches."

"The cashier was extremely rude the whole time, arguing with us about what we ordered. The manager was standing right there watching it all happen, saying nothing. I've worked in the service industry, and I understand people can be jerks. We stayed polite the whole time, even with all the rudeness. Some people are just not cut out for this industry."

"I wish we had liked the sandwiches, but we just didn't. The restaurant was super clean, the staff was so nice, and the location was convenient. I ordered a 1/2 Original and a 1/2 Orchard salad. The sandwich was really dry and the sourdough bun was chewy and hard to eat. There just wasn't any flavor. My friend had the whole Original w/chips and felt the same way. My kiddo had a grilled cheese and added ham. She said the ham was tasty, but she also had trouble with the bun. She devoured the chocolate chip cookie, though! I did like the Orchard salad w/vinaigrette...the goat cheese! Yum! If we do go back in the future, we will opt for something other than the Original. Maybe a sandwich with au jus or a side of soup to dip the bread in."
