"I've been to this location 2 maybe 3 times and this morning was the worst experience. I often visit the Jackson location at least a couple of times a week and this location doesn't compare. I was given the wrong order to only find out after I had driven all the way to my office in Jackson & sat down to eat & realized it wasn't what I ordered. I then drove all the way back to the Madison location because the Jackson location is under renovations which was the only reason I stopped in Madison in the 1st place. My hot sandwich is now cold and not only did I not get any type of apology for my inconvenience, there was no concession for the mix up at all. The atmosphere and the attitude of the employees at this location is lack luster to say the least and to be nice. It hails in comparison to the Jackson location. Today was definitely my last time going the Madison Beagle Bagel and that's where I live. I'll drive 15 miles south to the Jackson location just for the customer service alone."

"This was my first time going but will NOT be my last. Customer service was so friendly it was almost creepy. The young lady at the register was new and made a mistake with charges but they corrected it. It was clean and comfy. And the bagel chips with jalapeños and garlic dip was absolutely my favorite."

"It would be nice if you had containers that the food can actually fit in. The cinnamon rolls were stuffed in the Styrofoam container on the lid. The container was not able to close at all. You can see by the mess in my vehicle. Why not place the cinnamon rolls in small individual containers? Smh! It was filthy on the inside."
