"I asked for extra tartar sauce and I was charged for it as the pictures shows they got it all wrong!!!! The chicken deluxe sandwich was equally as bad and to add insult to injuries they would not take it back because I lost my receipt."

"If you can go to a different location, do it. This one takes forever just to take your order. Let alone actually get you your food. The 3 times I’ve gone through the drive thru, there was no one else there but me. Not only did the not answer but it wasn’t until someone pulled up at the other speaker that they finally decided to take orders. And then they took the other people first even though I had been sitting there waiting. 2 of the times I just left because they obviously didn’t want to take my order. The one time I decided to stay and order all I got was a nuggets meal. It took them 10 freaking minutes!!!! I had to pull down to the reserve spot for nuggets. And it was 5pm. Dinner time. Will not be making the mistake of coming to this one ever again."

"I placed my order at the drive thru and paid and I drove to the next window I realized that my order was not entered correctly. I told the lady who handed me my food and her and the manager responded VERY RUDELY as if it were my fault. The manager went back and forth with me as I explained that the order taker did not enter the order in correctly. The girl at the window shut it without handing me my drink and told me to pull down. We waited for our other items and checked our food to realize it was prepared incorrectly. I never received my drink and when she brought the food to be corrected she walked off mumbling profanity. I have never seen such rude interaction a day in my life. It was not our fault the food was entered incorrectly and they acted as if it was. Terrible Terrible customer service and quality."

"The stuff you have advertised isn't even available. It's quite pathetic. If I can't order something that's on the menu, then take it down. Ex: when Mc ribs are advertised for a limited time, they should be available at some point. Furthermore, why ask what sauce I want when the requested sauce is never included in my bag. Also, why does the ice cream machine NEVER work? I highly recommend to advertise the things that you CAN actually sell. Overall, not great at all."

"I went here on my break and ordered at the machine the another person walked in behind me. Got their food first then an employee order while I’m waiting and got theirs before I did. Asked about it and was told they was waiting on fries. My fries were not hot and my fish sandwich was also barley warm. Will NOT visit again. Wasn’t much money but still not right!"
