"I ordered my food at 12:33 today, I was warned about their prices by the cashier for some reason, I never asked...anyway I noticed as I was trying to find a lid for my drink that they didn't have a single one that fit. Then I noticed every table in here is just nasty, sticky food and some sort of brown residue on the tables and seats...food was fine, but the 1210 Gluckstadt rd, Madison, MS location has gone downhill bad..."

"Pulled up at 8:45am ordered a #1 burger combo. Was notified by the attendant that I’ll have to wait for that because she’s serving breakfast right now. She also notified me that she was the only employee in the building working. It’s not really her fault that this location cannot hire and sustain employees. One person running an entire store is insane! The point is, that was none of my business. If it’s on the menu & the business is open, you should be providing the service without trying to make to customer feel bad about ordering it. Nonetheless, after waiting at least 30 minutes for the order, I eventually drove off without it. Will be disputing with my bank."

"Dining room was closed and they were only taking cash in the drive thru. The parking lot was littered like crazy and the whole place stank. The Sonic down the street, however, was quite nice."

"I went through the drive in this past Sunday (August 6 @ noontime). My order was a sack of 12, fries and 3 Chicken. The lady that took my order said "are you aware of how much the chicken cost? It's $4.00". I told her that would be fine. We drove around and paid. She saw my little dog in the backseat and gave me Milk Bones for Trixie. She asked me to pull up as my order would take a little while. The wait was short (maybe 6 or 7 minutes) A young man brought my order and apologized for the wait, thanked me for coming to Krystal, wished me a nice day and said "come again" First of all, I live in Jackson no where near this Krystal location but i came here because last week a friend shared her Krystals with me and said they came from Gluckstadt. I told my friend that the location near my house is not as good as these. Second, the staff was friendly and very nice. This was like good old fashion service that, sadly, isn't the norm any longer. I'll be coming to the Gluckstadt Krystal even if it is out of my way!"
