"This is my second time using Firestone. And will be the last. The tires are fine. But this flowood and jackson locations are absolutely the slowest tire centers I have ever been too. Jackson took 4+ hours for 1 tire. And this flowood location is now at 2.5 hours for 2 tires and 2 balanced. And and it’s an extremely slow day. Only have seen 6-7 customers in the past 2.5 hours."
"***BUYER BEWARE*** My wife got a flat tire, took her car here to patch her tire, and they sold her a new tire instead of fixing the one she had. That same day I asked the customer representative who was on shift, if they would refund our money if I fixed the original one, and he said yes, that I had a 30 days. Well, four days later after I fixed the original tire, they are NOT going to refund us for the tire she never needed in the first place. The white man with the glasses was rude and raised his voice at me from the get go."
"Never had an issue with Firestone until today! I went because my back passenger side tire was slowly leaking air (aired it up yesterday to 40psi and this morning it was at 21psi). Picked my kids up from school and went straight to Firestone - got there at 2:35. Asked how long it would take because my kids had a dentist appointment at 4:00 - I informed the guy from the get-go that we had to be at the dentist, and was told that we would be done way before then. I was told it would be 30-45 minutes - no biggie. We walked next door to 7 Brew for some coffee & came back. We sat down and waited until 3:30 - that’s when I became p!$$3d! I went to the counter and asked the guy how much longer it would be. He said “we only have 2 techs today so we’re kind of backed up.” Mind you, my truck had already been in the bay for at least 30 minutes AND I had my 3 kids with me. We ended up WALKING 1/4 mile to the dentist’s office - I asked them to call me when it was ready so I could come get it while my kids were getting their teeth cleaned. Never got a phone call. Left the dentist at 4:50. Walked another 1/4 mile back to Firestone. My truck was sitting out front, ready to go. They never notified me. I had to ask what the issue was & what they did to fix it. The guy at the counter was basically throwing things on the counter the whole time (paperwork, files, my keys, etc.) and acted like I was being the issue. Excuse me, but y’all took almost 3 hours to complete a task that should’ve taken no more than 15-20 minutes. AND my children & I had to walk to their dentist - thank God it wasn’t freezing or blazing hot today! Very disappointed with my experience today. I totally understand being short-staffed, but don’t tell me it’s going to take 30-45 minutes and then it takes 2.5 hours! That’s absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. *Rant over*"

"I’m sorry I had to give this place one star. It doesn’t deserve it. I took my car in on a Friday morning to have a screw removed and the hole plugged. They informed me that they would get to it that day. Mid afternoon I called them to check on the status of the car. Tina told me that Reggie could not find it. I asked them to check again and give me a call. NOTHING. The next day I called bright and early and asked if my car was ready. Tina, with a bit of an attitude, told me that it was ready yesterday. My wife dropped me off and I went in. I was second in line behind a gentleman getting his car. It seems that Tina and this guy are friends and I ended up waiting 15 minutes while these two discussed his weekend in Atlanta for his birthday. When my turn came, I asked about my car and she told me that she was sensing that I was getting an attitude. I asked for my car and she informed me that they could not find the screw. I took my keys, went home and called Mavis 500 yards up the road. Took my car in and an hour later left with a repaired tire. I called the customer service line and the gentleman took my experience and told me the regional manager will be back to me within 48 hours. Three weeks later, nothing. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. This is the screw they could not find."
