How on earth can you be rude when I'm literally inquiring trying to fit into your schedule ? I will continue to go somewhere else if I can help it."
"I was there for 2 hours and they couldn't find a giant nail in my tire. They told me to just refill the tire. Went to another shop and they found the nail. Lazy and incompetent."
"Purchased tires made an appointment for them to be mounted the next day. Arrived the next day and they lost my tires and couldn’t find record of my appointment. Made a new appointment for the next day after locating my tires in a corner with my appointment paperwork taped to the tires. Took a photo of the appointment paperwork. Came back the next day, they were gone to lunch durning my appointment time. Asked for a refund. Three days of coming during my 1 hour lunch break. Waste of time. Go to the tire center in Pearl, MS not this one."
"Their "lifetime" deal on tire rotation is worth it. Whatever you have done here, don't count on them to get your tire pressure right, check it yourself when they're done. Prices on tires and batteries are as good as anyone in town."
