"I needed 4 tires for my vehicle. I called before hand and made sure they had all 4 in stock. I talked to the manager and was told they had all 4 in stock. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:15AM and was told that they had them in stock. I then left and did not get a response. I went in at 4:30 asking for an update. I was then told that they had to order the tires because they did not have them in stock. Nobody cared to inform me of the situation. I do not recommend doing business with them due to the lack of communication."

"Horrible service.I will walk before using Firestone in Madison for any of my vehicles! I was told the wrong time twice by different people. I was charged for an upgraded break job that I didn't ask for, and through this more superior brake job I was charged enhanced warranty costs also. Absolutely the WORST customer service and mechanic shop I have ever dealt with. Seems like it’s a very incompetent business."

"Hi, I had been using this shop for all my auto repairs since they opened. But after my last experience, I have decided never to go back! I am writing this review both to help other customers who should never have to go through what I did, and for the owners of this store to understand who at their end is responsible. I had booked an appointment and showed up on time. The guy at the front . (His name was Omar and he said he moved from Texas) was extremely rude, kept ignoring me, and wouldn't even let me explain the problems I was having. I told hi. that my indicator says that I have low coolant. He said that they cannot help with display/ indicator problems. I had asked him to check the coolant level and top it off. He didn't do it, and had the audacity to lie about it. They did not even have the courtesy to top up the pressure in my tires, when I paid to have the tires rotated!"
