"Came there to get the front tires replaced as the passenger side has a huge knot on the sidewall, only to be talked down to as if I'm stupid. They say they don't have the factory size for my car, but I told them that 205/55 r16s would work as I had to do the same for the rear tire after it blew out. The lady putting my info in told me they could do that and I'd have to get the ones that match the car and they were special order and blah blah blah. In other words, they'd rather send me down the road on tires that would possibly blow out and cause a wreck than just putting on the tires I requested. Nice to know they value store policy over someone's life. Never coming here again"

"3 1/2 stars, got there before it opened and they had two lanes saying express oil change and then two other bays, when the opened they said get in express lane, then only to tell me to park on side. Took an hour and 45 minutes for a full set of tires, staff was really nice and the tires seem in good balance. If your going for tires and get there before they open. Park on the side of the express lanes and go wait at door, hopefully they will take you first :-)"
