"I wish there were a zero. Needed to have a house secured following a nighttime break-in. Answering service said a crew was dispatched. Police waited on site, guarding premises for two hours -- and no one arrived. Answering service offered to dispatch again. No thanks."

The team was friendly, efficient and most of all effective in restoring my basement and its salvageable contents to its formerly clean status.
