"Servepro NW avoid at all cost! They stepped thru the attic ceiling, damaged my bonsai garden/trees and failed to drain water pipes resulting in basement flooding. All after a MAJOR fire. And now they are refusing to pay for any damage because we don't have "Video Evidence"!!! What a corrupt and dishonest company. They arrive at your home when you're most vulnerable, make grandiose promises and then treats the customer horrendously! In the meantime, they are threatening legal action if we don't pay their entire bill including for the repair and reimbursement for the damage. Please avoid at all cost!"

"Mason and his crew did a fantastic job. The operation was coordinated very well. Moving all the furniture out of our house into a container and taking back leather furniture in their truck to their warehouse was very impressive. Everyone worked fast and efficient. They were all friendly, professional and worked well together. Returning the furniture was very impressive too. When I opened boxes everything was carefully wrapped. Nothing was damaged. The crew was so nice and did everything with a smile. Mason did a great job of helping us in our situation and time frame. I would recommend Servpro of NW Portland to everyone. Candy"
