"If I could give a negative star I would. I dropped my gown off at the beginning of July to have cleaned and preserved after my wedding. I told them I did not need it done immediately and the gentleman that helped me was kind enough to let me know it should be no longer than a month... So a month goes by... No call from anyone, so I call in. They said they were waiting for more gowns to arrive since it was an in depth cleaning and they preferred to do more than one dress at a time...ok, that's fair. So I wait .. another month.... I call in again, dress still wasn't done but should be in about a week... Fine, I wait a week. A week goes by, I call them again, now my dress is cleaned but oh!? I wanted it preserved too? (I told them this when I dropped it off) well that will be another week! I waited AGAIN for a call... Nothing. I finally called them again today to see why it's take 5 months to have my dress cleaned. The man I spoke too stated he needed to call me back a few minutes later since the preservation person was or or some excute, didn't get a call for another 3 hours that it was in fact done and had been but NO ONE CALLED ME. I expressed my frustrations, and was told it was because there was a change in my name (updated my name to my new name with them so when I called in (because they never call me), I could give my correct name). Either way, under my old name nor my new name did I ever get a call. The person I was speaking to back pedaled a little bit and said it hasn't been done for THAT long... Which leades me back to it took 5 MONTHS with ZERO communication from this company at all! Not even an update, no call when it was done, nothing! In the end they took a "discount" off my total but it was still $195 too much for the headache it took to just have my wedding dress cleaned and back in my own hands. BRIDES BEWARE!!!"
