"It pains me to write this because I had an overall decent working relationship with Luciana and her crew over the last year. For context, I own a cleaning company and frequently contract out work to other reputable cleaning companies and use a revenue split, for jobs we don’t have the staff to accommodate. I’ve had Luciana and her team on jobs weekly, even multiple times each week, for the last year and have had more issues than with any other contractor we’ve worked with. Today, though, has to be the final straw. Luciana and her team agreed to a post construction on a new build, and it was very important this job get started today. This is a multi million dollar project with a builder that I have a long standing relationship with. Luciana was hours late, for the 5th time since we began working together. I never receive any notice that she will be late, especially by 2-3 hours each time… I have to find out from my client and call her to find out where she is. So today she was hours late for this job that had an incredibly tight timeline. I was ok with this as I understand things come up. However, she pulled up to the house and decided that she was too hungry and tired to do it today. When I professionally expressed my frustration that we have had many late starts, missed appointments, and customer complaints regarding Lucianas work or lack of, she was defensive and insisted she could complete the job tomorrow. But I made it very clear from the jump that this project was to be started TODAY and needed to be completed by end of day tomorrow at the latest, she let me know she was leaving and won’t be honoring her commitment to fulfill the job. This is the third time Luciana has left a job site after committing to the work. And each time for reasons such as being hungry, being unhappy that the client wanted blinds dusted, etc. I am saddened to have to sever ties with Navy Cleaning because I enjoyed working with them, but as they serve as the face of my business when we share contracts, I cannot tolerate unprofessional language/behavior, unreliability, tardiness, excuses, and low cleaning standards. We wish navy cleaning the best in their business endeavors, but we do not recommend others use this service."
