"No one expects to have a flood in your house...if you do HIRE PUROCLEAN!! If you don’t read my whole review and just want to skim.... HIRE PUROCLEAN!! Seriously don’t hesitate.... HIRE PUROCLEAN They are amazing and super professional!!! Now for my story!! Our dishwasher decided my floor was dirty and wanted to help me out. Not knowing it’s power and the amount of water it uses... it decided to FLOOD MY KITCHEN! Thanks for the help but NOW WHAT??? I shut off the water, sopped up the water, had a little freak out moment yelling at the dishwasher for trying to help and called my insurance cause I knew this was not good! After calling my insurance they recommended three companies... two of which I had heard HORROR stories about....which their reviews matched the stories but wait what about this Puroclean company?!? Well let’s give them a shot!! SO THANKFUL I DID!!! Within 20 mins they were here in a well marked clean vehicle, and a service man (Eddie) who was clean cut and In a professional looking uniform with a huge smile saying “don’t stress, this is what we do and we will take care of everything!” They immediately started drying everything and then the process began!! We had old school linoleum that tested positive for asbestos!! Oh no, now what?! Puroclean took care of hiring the asbestos remediation team and environmentalist to clear everything! Whew! After the floor was all removed they informed me all of the cabinets needed to come out due to the sub floor being soaked. Away with my 80’s cabinets.... I mean I wasn’t sad about this but now what?? And how much is this going to cost me out of pocket ? Insurance gave me a name of a contractor who came in and I just didn’t get a good vibe from him. That’s when Puroclean informed me they do restoration/construction services as well!!! I had such a great experience with them for the remediation and demo I said please send me your project manager to talk!! They sent out Mike Watson. We started to go over a plan for restoration! He just kept saying “trust me”, “I will deal with insurance”, “we have the customers best interest in mind”..... ya ya Mike that’s what all “contractors” say!! Man was he right!! Not only did Mike deliver and do EVERYTHING he promised he also negotiated with my insurance company in our favor to make my dream kitchen come out of a disaster water emergency!! Not only did we make a TON of changes to the layout of the kitchen, we also wanted to upgrade all of the finishes. Quartz instead of Formica Luxury vinyl plank flooring instead of linoleum...and throughout the house not just the kitchen. Upgraded cabinets with easy close drawers and cupboards. Mike was great about getting me the best prices for all of our out of pocket expenses. I was nervous about their policy that if they are hired, they want to do the job from start to finish, meaning not having us hire additional people if we found a cheaper price. This made me nervous BUT so thankful we relinquished control to Puroclean!! I could just sit back and let Mike hire all the subs and deal with them!! He also knew the sequence of when they all needed to be here and who the best were!! PuroClean was so easy to work with. PuroClean saved me tons of money. PuroClean was ALWAYS here exactly when they said they would be. If I called and needed anything, within an hour they were always here happy to help! PuroClean workers are clean, professional and so nice. PuroClean’s sub contractors were THE BEST, everyone was on time, professional and did amazing work!!! I seriously cannot say enough positive things about Puroclean!!! If you have any hesitation please don’t hesitate CALL Hillsboro PUROCLEAN FOR YOUR EMERGENCY NEEDS!!!"
