"Worst cleaner. They literally destroyed my blanket which I gave them for dry cleaning. Lint started coming from the blanket after clean, it also got bad dirt which probably came from putting it in the washer with something which had tar."

"I dropped off a top to be altered and was told it would take two alterations and the first alteration would take a week. That was okay with me, and 3 weeks later I hadn't heard anything so I called. No response, one week later I called again and I was told that my piece was next. At this point I was leaving for my trip, so my clothes didn't even get the initial alterations done."

"I brought in a denim jumpsuit to this dry cleaners May 5th 2023 to get altered. When I arrived, the woman at the front desk let me know that the alterations were done at a different location. She gave me Elly's phone number and told me to contact her. I was sent to Elly's home in Hillsboro for a consultation. I showed up and got measured. She took down my number and assured me that the alteration would take a couple of weeks and that she would contact me when it was complete. I called multiple times, left messages, went into the dry cleaners to check on my item and was turned away every single time. I finally went into the dry cleaners and Elly was working. I asked her about my denim jumpsuit and she told me that she was running behind on alterations and that she would work on my alteration next. It is now October 16th and I have NOT received my alteration. At this point I have zero faith that I will ever get the denim jumpsuit back, which cost me about $200. I do not recommend this business. They are unprofessional, unorganized, and unreliable."

"After identifying holes in my suit sleeve upon pickup, I brought this to the attention of the owner(s). Facts: I was told by Ellie that they would make it right. This changed when I shared the value of the suit. Ellie did not follow up with me when she said she would and nobody answered the phones the day I called in to check back in on what they were going to do to make it right. I drove in to discuss the issue, 2nd or co owner Collin was present and asked if they mended the suit, if that would be ok and I said of course. Collin said someone would call me. A week later I had not heard from anyone. I called in and got John on the phone who I’m guessing is part owner, called me a liar regarding the cost of the suit and said to come pickup the suit and take them to small claims court to resolve the issue. I drove down, Ellie handed my suit over along with a dress shirt they forgot to give me. When I shared what Collin said about mending the shirt, Ellie stated that Collin is an embezzler and that they are taking him to court too. No resolution. I will likely be considering legal action as the holes in the suit were not identified as being present at time of drop off."
