"Had a dress to be shortened, tried it on at the cleaners and felt like the pinning was just below my knee. When I picked it up, it was practically same as original length, took it back with pins where I wanted it , again just below knee. Lady wasn't pleased I returned but agreed to rehem. After getting dress home and tried it on the hemline is now higher on right side, lower in the back-uneven all around. So disappointed. I feel they did this on purpose and now unwearable. They have done other alterations in past and I had not problem. Not sure how I’ll handle this bc I needed the dress to wear in a few days—very disappointed and yes mad."

I came back week later and same person told me it would be 19.99 because it was a jacket, which she was aware of when I brought it in.
