"When I first started with Maids by Trade they were great! Then different people came, and I commented that the cleaning wasn’t as good and that became a constant issue. My emails have gone unanswered, and I have finally canceled their services for the time being. I’m looking for somebody I can depend on that will do a good job."

She gave me a reasonable quote and was available on the day I needed the service. The house was cleaned to the smallest of details; even the toaster oven was cleaned out. "If this review was based entirely on just the actual cleaning portion of my experience I would give 4 stars, but I am beyond disappointed in how my concerns werr handled, and by the owner of the company no less. I had employed their services for about 2 months. Each week they did an overall decent job, with the only area not being 100% yo my liking the toilets. Maybe I am hard to please in wanting to see no stains in the bowl each week. Realize though they were coming EVERY week and the house was always in good shape. If I'm paying almost $500 a month I think it's reasonable to want certain areas to be done to a high standard. The last time they came they also left clumps of hair from the floor cleaner in the laundry room sink. I let her know it was not a big deal but wanted to bring To her attention . Her reply to me was that it's very hard on the girls to work in a house with so much cat hair. I have ONE short hair cat who spends her time in about 2 rooms of the house. Overall what I'm really disappointed about was that there was no ownership of their short comings, and instead the owner chose to "blame " me for having unrealistic standards and expectations . Totally unacceptable ."

At one point there was a misunderstanding in their notes but nothing major to complaint about. I am happy to provide feedback for Celia's work and her crew."
