"Their flat rate is expensive. but overall good communication and good services I have to say. Two ladies did really a good job and make our home neat and clean."

"This week, they came late in the day (3:30) just before I had a zoom meeting. They graciously cleaned one room for me to use for the meeting. The rest of the time there was lots of crash banging, shouting and moving back & forth outside my room such that it interfered with my hearing what people were saying in my meeting! My husband observed that they were rushing to finish by 5:00. Some areas were missed and they seemed to take short cuts. This is not the quality of service we are accustomed to. Disappointed."

My only complaint would be that I paid for deep cleaning and paid extra for the slider track to be cleaned, yet it was not what I would consider "clean". Other than that, I'm thrilled!
