Melisa scheduled my appointment and confirmed the appointment the day before via email. Raz and his assistant called 30 minutes before arriving. Upon arrival they requested a detailed account of each room to be cleaned. They reviewed the objectives and worked feverously until completion. Raz then asked that we review each room to ensure we were satisfied with the cleaning. They brought their own cleaning items, dusted all of my shutters, fans, light fixtures, removed all of the kitchen countertop items to clean counters, cleaned stove and removed the stove knobs, and even cleaned my microwave! The bathtub and showers were left shining as well as the fixtures. I am so pleased with the service that I have booked the same team for once a month for the next 5 months. "Wow! My entire 2b2b condo is POLISHED! It’s like brand new apartment. I'm very impressed. The quality of the cleaning is amazing. They made sure that they paid attention to even the minute details. In a quick amount of time, they crevasses in between couch/chair cushions, kitchen cabinets, toaster crumbs, blinds, window sills, absolutely spotless glass showers. They even cleaned and wiped the inside of my fridge. VERY VERY happy with the service. The communication before phone was super quick. 100% recommend."
