"Not worth your time or money. Upper management is only interested in money. They mistreat the staff and will consistently put them (and the dogs) in danger, since stuffing as many dogs in a room as possible is their goal. Recently they fired a manager along with several employees who spoke up about their opinions on the matter. Most of the staff is gone, the ones who were there every day and knew the nuances of every pup. I would highly recommend taking your dogs elsewhere."

"My pup caught a long going respiratory disease from here. Not the companies fault but there are definitely a few negligent owners sending their dogs to day care. I immediately stopped bringing my pup and have since canceled my subscription. (100% on vaccines) Please don't be the person who doesn't pay attention and spreads disease. Daycare is not a safe place for dogs rn."

"We were looking for a kennel to board our dog for 2 nights and contacted this dogtopia to inquire about boarding. We were coming from about an hour away in Washington and wanted to board our pup near our hotel. They told us over the phone that this was possible, they would waive their usual '3 days of daycare" policy since we were coming from out of town and that we would just need to get extra vaccines on top of the usual boarding vaccines and bring our pup in for a temperment test before our reservation. When I brought him down for the meet a week before the reservation I was told they would no longer honor what they told us on the phone, and that we would be required to have 3 days of dog daycare prior to boarding... which would mean I would need to take 3 days off work to drive over an hour each way twice a day for doggie day care we didnt need. This, of course, is ridiculous. If that is their policy and they make no exceptions that is fine, but the fact that they lied to us about this over the phone for 2 months and then pulled the rug out from under us with only a week to go to the reservation is what makes me irate. They had ample opportunity to tell us that they were not the right fit but instead they pulled a bait and switch at the last minute. After this experience I will not trust the dogtopia brand and have been cautioning other dog owners I work with that they will lie to you to get you in the door."

"We absolutely love Dogtopia in LO! Cooper gets super excited when we get anywhere close to the building and knows exactly where the door is. He is super tired at the end of the day (thank goodness). We love the photos they do!!"

"For context, our baby is our one and only fur child, whom we adore and only want the best for. Dogtopia provides him with enrichment and socialization in a responsible and compassionate setting. Their staff is knowledgeable on canine behavior, and they have a structured protocol for making sure each dog has a great experience. When I peek in on the webcams to watch him frolic about, the staff are interacting and checking on each dog constantly. Our kiddo has a blast, and the proof is in the pudding when he runs in without a second glance back at us when he is dropped off. I want to thank the staff here for truly getting to know Tamlin, and giving him the experiences that builds his confidence each day."
