"TERRIBLE! If you can go somewhere else, do it! Walked in right at opening, woman says she’s still booting up her computer and then asks when the prescription was placed. I told her last night and she just laughs and says this thing is backed up and mentions some term I’m not familiar with. Then proceeds to ask me my info, which she wrote down on paper!! BIG NO NO! When she finally gets through all that with barely any contact with me, she does speak with the other pharmacists in the back mind you, she just tells me it’s going to take 25 min at least and says “if I keep standing there it’s going to drive her nuts”. Nothing about if she needs anything else from me or recommends I come back etc like a normal customer service interaction should be. Just very rude and def not interested in coming back there at all!!"
"My wife and I had a terrible experience and will never return! Last week, we phoned and were told it would take about 20 minutes for a flu shot. We arrived in the morning and there were no other customers at the pharmacy counter. Over 40 minutes later, the pharmacist called us in. He was rude, short, sarcastic, and discourteous to us! We had to ask for our 10% discount coupon we receive each year. We never did receive our receipt/flu form we get each year describing the type of shot, etc. We will not be back!"
"First I tried to call to update information on my insurance approximately 5-6 different times and could get a hold of no one. Then I went into the pharmacy at 9am when it was supposed to open and no one was there. About 5 minutes later someone finally showed up but I had to wait another 10 minutes until they were ready to help me. If they do not plan on being open and ready to help customers at the stated time they should change the stated opening time to 15 minute later or whatever time they think they will be read. Once they finally got around to helping me the girl was very unprofessional. Overall a very bad experience."
