"Hotel is under major renovation. There is one elevator and the contractors are in it all the time. The stairs nearby the elevator go thru another construction area on the 2nd floor. Chances of using the elevator are low"

"I am a veteran with a service animal. And they insisted I needed to show certification of his service, by ADA law I am not required as well as it is illegal to do so. They began to say he is only a pet and began to say there will be a cleaning charge. I called the supervisor line to have them ask for the personal info as well! And are now trying to charge me for wanting to cancel my reservation!"

"I didn't pay, so I don't know if it was worth the cost. They were under construction, which wasn't anything negative and we got an updated room. But the walls are thin and the doors slam hard, so I was woken, when I wasn't trying to get comfortable in the incredibly uncomfortable bed, all hours of the night as patrons came and went. I got maybe 2 hours of sleep. Location is weird too, can't take a left when leaving, so you have to detour this long way around to get to town. Pool needs so tlc. Also warning signs about keeping things in your vehicle, didn't feel very safe."

"“Shay” was sassy in a time of crisis in the lake o community — sub 0 temps and 150,000 Without power. This should be a time where managers are accessible and communities ban together — not ego obsessed power tripping trying to put a customer in a place for asking what other people are doing because the hotel won’t bend rules for pets that they want us to leave behind to freeze to death. Sure if it’s a policy fine — but at least let me Hear it from the person who can’t be flexible and is standing ground not to bend for their community. Telling me I can’t talk to the manager is never the correct response. Arrogance for sure."

"We were driving from San Fran to Seattle and stopped for the night at this holiday inn express. Staff was extremely friendly! Informed us of the construction we would go through to get to our room. Our room was totally renovated, clean and gorgeous! Bed was very comfortable and cozy! Breakfast was delicious, probably the best comp breakfast I’ve ever had! The staff working the room were amazing!! If I was planning a trip out to Oregon I’d definitely stay there again!!!"
