"We are long time Banfield Clients. We have and will continue to use the Wellness plans that we have for our dogs. This location is difficult and to say anything positive would be very hard. I have tried calling to no avail. Our dogs needed check ups and dentals but couldn't get in due to staffing issues. Every time we have gone in here, they are rude and "shorthanded" or "new". We will not be using this location again."
