"Please consider another pharmacy. This store is unreliable and unprofessional. This Rite Aid pharmacy is not staffed properly. Prescriptions are not ready or auto generated when set up. I feel bad for the elderly folks, because its got to be scary relying on a business and no transparency as to why the service is so inadequate! Im sorry to leave a poor review though we have given many chances over the years and the service is not getting better only worse, and this type of business needs to be regulated and overseen to make sure its safe and reliable for their customers."

"Spacious and fairly well stocked Rite Aid location. Only been there a couple times but the staff seems reasonably attentive and helpful. So given expectations, hard to give less than 5 stars."

"This store is not a happy place to be, and the people working there don't seem too thrilled with their jobs. Strangely, a good portion of the store's aisles are completely empty (see my photo), and some of the empty aisles are blocked off with a sign that says "Where east meets west". What does that mean in a drug store, anyway? On a positive note, the pharmacy department does seem to be functioning well."

"The pharmacy NEVER has my prescription refills ready even when I order days in advance. It's always "You're next in the queue it will just be 10-20 minutes." Why lie? Just admit you don't fill the orders in advance. Today they couldn't even manage the next in queue line and told me to come back tomorrow. Lame. I use Rite Aid all over the country and most pharmacies get the order on time or early and use the app to inform you. Poorly managed and bad attitudes all around. Probably a big corporation like this doesn't care but hopefully this review will act as a warning to you to go somewhere else and spare yourself the frustration."
