"The return policy isn’t clear on your return policy. I brought items from another store to exchange for stock that your store had the other store did not. My return was refused because it was from a different store. I flip homes and will no longer do business with any of your stores. I’ve never had problems exchanging things from different store until I came to your store and was refused. Best of luck on maintaining customers. I will no longer shop at any Ace."
