"They sell defective products, & won't refund the item even though I had the receipt. I r'cd a phone charger for Christmas. It didn't charge my phone, the FM radio had so much static that I couldn't hear the station much at all. The alarm function would not turn off. I brought the item in 3 days after Christmas with the receipt. The person there refused to refund it. The date on the receipt was Nov 25th. I asked "How could I have returned it within one month if it was a gift, & I didn't receive it until 3 days ago?" It made no difference. Lousy customer service! Please be warned, & spend your money elsewhere!"
