"Great people. Great shop rate. Parts are reasonably priced compared to other shops. Discount Tire said I needed a new tire pressure sensor. They wanted $62.00 + Labor. Superior found they never reprogrammed my system after a tire rotation. All sensors are good, set tire pressures, checked brakes and bearings. No charge! Who gives this type of service anymore.? No one touches my car except Superior. P. S. Superior would have done the sensor for $42.00 installed if I needed it."

"I was told to do a walk-in and there’s No appointment necessary. I was relieved that when I arrived, I was the only one there, but it took them over an hour to remove the winter and remount my stock tires. It took them less than 30 minutes the first time I had the same service done."

"I initially purchased some tires online from Goodyear and Superior Tire Service, in Salem, was one of the closest locations where I could have the tires mounted, so I setup an appointment to get a set of 4 tires put on my vehicle. There had been a glitch on the website when I ordered my tires and I did not notice the wrong tires were on the order, until they pulled my vehicle out of the service bay and I noticed they were the wrong tires. I had ordered tires with raised white lettering on the sidewalls and these were blackwalls with black letters. I went inside and let Edna know those were the wrong tires. So, I went home and contacted Goodyear and explained what happened and they were going to have me go back to Superior Tire Service and replace the black letter tires with white letter tires. However, that would result in another appointment and spending another four hours of another day, so I opted to take advantage of the Goodyear price match guarantee; and Edna was helpful in getting the documentation over to Goodyear that they needed. During the service, the tire tech discovered I had a front brake caliper that was hanging up and let me know about that situation, accompanied by a quote to for a front brake job."
