"Walmart Oil Change 3/14/24 1) Everyday low prices. High quality oil brands at great prices. 2) Expert service. Certified technicians you can trust. 3) Shop while waiting. We'll notify you when we're done. One out of three is a possibility. Since I didn’t shop around for competitors pricing I will have to take their word for #1. #2 and #3 did not happen. After 15 years of shopping here (including buying tires for 3 cars) I decided to get an oil change at a place I visit every week. Before going here I knew I really needed air in my tires and thought, not only would I be getting a long overdue oil change that the tire pressure would be taking care of and the LOW tire pressure indicator light would go away. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. After sitting in the waiting room for 1 ½ hours I decided to check with the man at the register and asked him what the status of the oil change was because the car had been out of the work area for over ½ hour. He said it was all set and I asked him why nobody contacted me that it was finished and he said “good question”. They had multiple ways to contact me. 1 I was sitting in the waiting room, 2 they had my cell phone # and 3 they had my email address. So I pay and leave only to find that the LOW tire pressure indicator was still on, but thinking it may take a short period of driving for it to go out, but it didn’t. When I got home I checked my tire pressure with two different gauges to find the max pressure out of all 4 tires was at 30 PSI. The paperwork they gave me said that all tires were checked and were at 35 PSI. Then I notice on the sticker that was put on my windshield indicated that the next suggested service should be in 3 months (06/14/2024) or at 81,837 miles. My car odometer reading at the time of service was 54,430. Well 3 months is way too soon and 27,407 miles is way too long for my next oil change. So not only were all my tires low on air but I noticed that there was next to nothing left for my windshield washer fluid. I scheduled another appointment for the following day and brought these issues to the attention of the guy that greets you. He asks me to pop the hood and I do, then he didn’t have a clue how to lift the hood so I did it while he was back inside probably looking up how to open the hood. He comes out and asks me if this car has a transmission dip stick. I said that I didn’t know. He verified that there was little to none washer fluid and I peeled off the sticker from the windshield and handed it to him. He drove the car over to one of the bays that had a car in there already and 20 minutes later he said the car is all set and said the low tire pressure indicator should go out after a quick drive and if it didn’t I should bring the car back to have the faulty sensor replaced. When I got home after a 30 minute ride, the indicator light was still on so I checked my tire pressure again only to find that they didn’t add any air. So I asked myself, should I schedule a third visit for the next day or just go back there? I decided to just inflate the tires properly to 35 PSI and the indicator light was out before moving the car. Now I have to wonder what or if they did anything that was supposed to be done? They did however fill the washer fluid. For me to add air in 4 tires is not an easy task as I am in my 70’s with back issues, Sciatica and other ailments and it has been be a few days and I am still not able to get around after dealing with this. They need to invest in a tire gauge that indicates the proper inflation and use it. Never going back there again, even if they offered me a free oil change."

"I had my appt canceled this weekend by them because they were out of stock of the tires I bought and paid for online. No call/voicemail to notify me or see if I wanted different tires just canceled my appt through a auto text. Kind of bad business practice as they most certainly could have up sold me on a different set had they reached out."

"Edit: I gave it 3 stars yesterday but today I give it 1 because I can't give it none, zero, zilch. I had to reschedule my appointment time for later than what I originally thought I'd be able to make it in since I was hella busy today & I showed up for my appointment to have the place closed, nobody there, bay-doors down & no lights on. Going to do the oil change myself instead of taking the lazy route. You'd think they would @ least have had the courtesy let me know both yesterday and today that I didn't need to waste my gas & time to show up for nothing. Original: I made an appointment online for 6pm to get my oil changed & went there to be told that they didn't have anyone to do it even though they had just accepted the car just before me in the line. They rescheduled me for tomorrow, hopefully they will have someone available then. The oil change before my last one, they broke my oil cap and didn't even let me know. A basic oil change @ $24.88 is affordable & one reason why I keep going back, the other reason is I can view my service history in my account online."

"Great deals, but super long wait. Appointment or walk-ins it doesn't matter. It shouldn't take 3 hours to replace 4 tires. Employees are walking around looking lost. I get it, they get paid by the hour, but cmon! Every single time, it's about a 3 hour wait."
