"They required payment before they would even make the needed service call. And the “manager” couldn’t bother to wait two days and collect payment at closing. I was doing a 1031 exchange which obviously means I have a decent amount of equity in the property. Kinda makes you wonder why they were so expensive ($50 more/unit) and not the most cooperative to work with. Would not recommend their company. They serviced two ductless heat pumps for $620 and the technician was there 3 hours including travel time."
