"They required payment before they would even make the needed service call. And the “manager” couldn’t bother to wait two days and collect payment at closing. I was doing a 1031 exchange which obviously means I have a decent amount of equity in the property. Kinda makes you wonder why they were so expensive ($50 more/unit) and not the most cooperative to work with. Would not recommend their company. They serviced two ductless heat pumps for $620 and the technician was there 3 hours including travel time."

But in a fortunate turn of events, I received a call to update me that they would be able to come out next day. So Antonio came out to our home early Tuesday afternoon and was able to find the issue with our furnace. He was quick and clean and was able to diagnose and fix our issues easily.
