"I had my annual furnace maintenance inspection today, Mark was the one to conduct the inspection for us today. He took his time and make sure to be very thorough so he didn’t miss anything. He completed his inspection and informed me that there is a lot of ware and tear visible explaining where he found the faults with photos as-well as where they were located. He voiced his concern about it and I agreed that it was over due for replacement of the full unit. He promptly set up a quote to be made for the following day!
