"The guy who answered the call said “Sunnyside” without any context so I asked him if it’s sunnyside automotive & he said “well yeah”. Thought that was ridiculous but figured maybe he’s just having a bad day. So then I asked if they do any electrical work on cars & he said “we should be able to”. Great customer service. Never coming here."

"Please stay away. the guys at this shop are always hanging out drinking in the lobby. I took two cars there and both broke down one a week later and most recently I took my Bmw in for a water pump Couple hrs later they called me that is fixed. the car broke down on the way home. i have taken my Bmw to a different shop and they told me that they did not do any work on it. they just charged me for nothing."

"My kid's Mom's car was feeling like it was going to stall while driving, it seemed like it wasn't getting gas. I forgot the name of the guy that helped me but here is what he did for me. He test drove my car and said it might be the catalytic converter, a $1,500 repair. But instead of scheduling a time to fix it, he said try adding fuel cleaner, he explained how to do it. He never charged me for the diagnosis. The cleaner didn't work, so I took it in to get fixed. I was scrounging for money to pay for it. In the end he fixed her car, it ended up just needing a complete tune up because it turns out it was misfiring. So we got lucky and only ended up paying $550, it was $650 at first but I asked for a discount and he was cool about it and knocked a hundred off. This place may look rundown but the mechanic knows what he is doing."
