"I sent out pictures of the water heater I got quoted for the same exact one for one price but they brought the wrong one then quoted me higher than most places on the one I needed. The technician helped but the receptionist Anthony could care less and didn’t try to make an effort to have someone else come out the same day to replace true water heater. I canceled one appointment for later in the day because they were willing to come in earlier and for a better price so now I have to wait another day because of their mistake. The quote was for the same exact water heater I needed so I don’t know how there could be a mix up. The technician tried to help but the rest of the company didn’t care to help or make things right. No f’s givin’ for they’re customers."
