"Expensive and totally inaccurate diagnosis. I noticed that my car was losing coolant and asked them to diagnose the problem. The mechanic ran some tests, collected more than $100, and told me that I had a blown head gasket, I should not be driving the car and it would cost thousands to repair. Later in the day, I noticed some coolant dripping on the passenger side and I took it back. The supervisor was very reluctant to even listen to what I had found and take a second look. After some persuasion, he barely looked under the hood and told me some cockamamie story that the observed dripping was normal and insisted that the car still had a blown head gasket. Later I took it to a different mechanic and found out that the heater core was leaking thereby draining the coolant. Need a simple fix."

"Was impressed with the service provided for me during my visit for a wheel alignment. Was greeted professionally and had everything explained clearly. Went in and the front desk service lady told me how long it would be and that she would call when work was completed. The best thing here is that when they perform a wheel alignment the steering wheel is perfectly straight after the job is done. I have went to so many places and the steering wheel would be facing the 3 o' clock position or the 10pm direction. Gosh that can drive a person crazy! So kudos to these people for the way it is supposed to be done! Will definitely be bringing my vehicles back here! Would recommend them for alignments for sure!"

"Warning to people who buy new tires and get the FREE lifetime rotation and alignment package at Firestone. Make sure you are requesting both the tire rotation and alignment when you bring the car in. I was told I declined the tire rotation last time I brought the car in and today I had to purchase brand new tires because they had no tread due to not having that done. I would NEVER decline a free service that I had already paid for."

"An excellent experience. I rarely write reviews and must admit if I have, they can sometimes only be done when I have criticisms. However, My wife and I could not go without acknowledging how much we appreciated service received at this Firestone Location. We had both of our car batteries fail within a 24 hr period. One turned out to need a corroded terminal replacement first which I was able to do on our own. However, the other car was a more involved process to replace, code and register the battery. Dealerships as well as other local mechanics I checked with were quoting $400-700 dollars for the process. Earl was knowledgeable with our vehicle which was clear with our first phone conversation. He remembered me when we brought the vehicle in hours later and went above and beyond to fit me into a busy schedule and completed the install in at the exact time promised at a fraction of the cost. On top of all of that he applied a discount promo to our final bill that we were unaware of. Just an all-around smooth, professional, and frankly awesome experience. "I usually get good service from Firestone, but not this time. I made an appointment to have your mechanic remove and check the tire on my Oddyssey because it had a visible nail but when the car was delivered to me I checked the tire and the nail was still in the same place. I speak to the lady who attends again and she tells me that the mechanic said that my tire did not have a leak. So is it okay to leave a nail inside the tire? I asked him again to remove the nail and he finally went and pulled it out with tweezers and did nothing else. The young woman only told me that my tire was not leaking. I told them to take pictures of the tire, because this service was strange."
