They serviced my Camaro for years so when that was replaced we knew we'd be taking the new car there as well. The Cadillac dealer was miffed that we refused their oil change deal, but when you find a place that does a great job, you keep going back."

"This was the only place I would go to for oil changes and servicing on my car. I will no longer be coming here. I work a regular 8-5 job and called cause I know they close at 6 and wanted to see if it was okay for me to come at 5:30 to have my transmission fluid be serviced. I was told on the phone that was no problem as long as I got there by 5:30. I arrived by 5:25 driving from downtown, and immediately the workers are pissed that I’m there. Not even muttering under their breath but full on basically yelling to each other that they close soon and why did I wait to come get service done. Then the guy below my car the entire time is talking about how this is super inconvenient for him, he doesn’t want to be doing this, they should charge extra for people like me. Note that I was finished with service at 5:54 so 6 mins before they close and I was out of their hair. Not only did I feel super uncomfortable the entire time I was there, I don’t trust the work that they did to my car. After the years I have been coming here this 1 visit has changed it all for me. There was 1 worker who was apologetic for the comments and behavior of the other employees but this place has gone wayyyy downhill. Sorry classic lube for coming to get and pay for a service that you provide. If you don’t wanna work the last half hour of your day, don’t tell me that it’s cool and to get there by a certain time."
