Alpha Heating & Air - Roseburg

"I had Alpha do my used furnace/heat pump installation. The salesman was motivated to get this done for me whereis other guys didn't want to at all. They scheduled the installer to come just a couple days later. All Alpha employees involved were fairly polite. Overall they did OK for me, I'm somewhat happy having my good working central air, but I was left with some desire. Considering the high cost, I was not super impressed with the installation - There was a large amount of foam in the vent(refrigerant lines were put thru there for lack of any other feasible route), however he did come remove most of it, but didn't seem interested in removing it all for maximum airflow. I expressed concern about the position of the furnace with one side was poking out about 1/4" - 1/2" more than the other side in the front(due to the imperfect dimensions of the furnace closet) but the installer went ahead with the project and screwed everything in place as is. The amount of wall cut out was slightly too much. I'll have to figure this all out myself unfortunately. The company thus far hasn't gotten back to me to make sure I was happy with the project other than request this review via text. The 4 stars represents the high cost vs the mediocre quality of the install, and no trim involved, besides a piece that covers only the top of the furnace closet opening. That about sums up my experience with Alpha Heating and Air."

"Everything was done quickly and effetely. Unit worked beautifully as it was replacing an old heat pump system. The installers were very nice guys and cleaned up all the old equipment completely!! I totally recommend Alpha Heating & Air-Roseburg or in any City they are located!!!"

I spoke to Sherri to make an appointment and she explained all the different options we have for service. She was very nice and it was easy to understand. I am very happy with the job they did and the technicians have been very knowledgeable and very nice. I would be happy to have them back. And, I signed up for the twice a year service for more entailed service at a great price."

"We had a brand new heating system put in through Alfa and it was shistie work.. With nothing but problems including a water leak that rotted our seiling and insulation.. This has been ongoing for months.. They have yet to completely repair there mess up.. Now the heating system dont work.. We have called them time and time again, they come out say they have it working and we wake up with no heat.."
