"Ordered a wheel on Monday. Was told it would be in Tursday. No call so I called on Friday. Couldn't find the order so I told him to cancel it then. He called and said if I cancelled I would be charged for the return freight. I asked how that could be when he couldn't find the order. Long story short. I was charged $97 for nothing. Will never go back."

"I had a sudden loss of tire pressure in a rental car. I got to Les Schwab in Roseburg Oregon. A technician came out to the parking lot to ask what the problem was, checked the tires, and booked me in. I waited maybe fifteen minutes in their spacious waiting room, got a snack and a soda from the well-stocked vending machines. They found a nail in the tire, pulled it, patched it and charged me NOTHING. Quick as that, I was on my way. They took a rotten rainy day and completely turned it around. Good people"

"They refused to fix what they broke. Confirmed they installed the part wrong, confirmed it needed a new part. They replaced the new part. Installed it wrong again causing the same issue. Now they refuse to fix what they broke. Tell me to take it to a mechanic, no refund no nothing sorry and see ya. Let me explain the part they broke was not even one they were hired to install, it was a antilock cable. After having front end work, new shocks. They put the cable in wrong and it broke. Then they replaced it installed it wrong again now is broke 2nd time. And they refuse to make it right. They have worked on about 12 of my vehicles going back to when Mrs. Young still worked there. Campers, trucks, work vehicle, cars you name it. Should I sue? Naw, not worth the time. Great service since 1997. Please do not respond and say to call and try and resolve. I am leaving this review because you refuse to simply fix what you broke. probably a 35.00 part. Is worth poor customer service I guess. I actually have new tires after event, on the same vehicle because I trusted they would do right by us. A sign of what is wrong with companies today pretty sickening. All their past work was great. Shame, they are not what they used to be."

"Let me tell ya, these guys are the best dang team I’ve ever seen. They got my front tires put on so fast I barely had time to go get a frosty and a haircut before they were calling me saying it’s all done! Couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work on my tires, you can tell they really love what they do! I can’t wait til my next tire goes kaput, cause I know these guys got my back!"
