"Overall, we've been happy with Gagle's Heating and their service. They previously installed my father's AC at his old home and a heat pump at his new residence. So, we were more than happy to choose them for our own AC installation. Most recently, we had to call them out for an issue we were having regarding our AC Unit turning on when our Furnace (Gas) was operating. It turned out that our Thermostat, despite being set only to Heat, was still jumping a signal over to the AC Unit and causing it to run. They figured it out quickly and let us know we needed to upgrade our Thermostat. The only reason this isn't 5-Stars is that I feel like this should have been addressed at installation. I would have thought checking the Thermostat is not only turning the unit on, but correctly Not turning it on, would be part of the checklist. I'm not thrilled at having to pay an additional service call to be told that I've had the wrong Thermostat this entire time, which means I've been blowing cold air and paying more on my electricity anytime I've tried to run my gas furnace since installation. Yeah, it's a bit my fault for not asking, but I didn't know to ask and would hope it would be something they would think to mention. So, I guess my note here is, I still like Gagles and I would still recommend them, but be sure to ask about your Thermostat so you're not stuck with a bill down the road."

"I had a stripped shutoff valve going to my icemaker. He quickly replaced the part for me so we could move the refrigerator in preparation for a flooring project. Adam quickly.saw.the problem, explained it to me and replaced the valve. He is very kind with a great personality. Thank you Adam!"

"Update 2- Gagle's came out and connected our gas line the week after we called. There was lots of confusion as to why it has been missed. I'm glad we found the issue sooner, rather than waiting years to buy a gas stove and having no gas! Update-Gagles also put in a gas line so we could install a gas range. When we bought a gas range a couple months later, no gas was coming out of the line. We called and asked them to come out and figure out the problem and made an appointment for a week later. In the meantime I went into the crawl space and found the job had not been fully completed. They ran a line under the house to the range, but it was never tired into the gas line. I will update again later with how this is handled. We had Gargle's come and install the works. A new furnace, AC unit and thermostat. After getting 5 different quotes they came in with best offer and had good quality products. We appreciated that they were clear about what was included and we never felt like we were being up sold. They were very knowledgeable and patient while we had to wait for our electrical panel to be upgraded to fire up the AC unit. So far everything has worked out well and installed clean. I would recommend them to friends and family."
