"I called because we had an emergency, 2 of my labs got bit in the face by a rattlesnake. They needed help asap. They refused to see my dogs because they weren’t patients and hadn’t seen them before. Luckily I was able to get them into Country Side Vet in Myrtle Creek. They each needed anti venom and one almost died. Don’t go here. Make the extra drive to country side! They are awesome!"
"I can honestly say that I have never had a veterinary clinic treat me and my animals so good! My Queensland Heeler Timber is my true companion and we are inseparable which anyone who knows me will agree, she needed to be spayed and at 8 I was stressed out leaving her there. I left my flannel jacket with them to give her so she wouldn’t think I left her there. Whitney Evans assured me she would take care of Timber as you k ow Heelers are very standoffish with people well I received a picture from Whitney of Timber after surgery and in recovery and she assured me the Timber and her bonded and she stayed with her and checked on her also. I can’t even tell you how touched I was it was quite an emotional time for me it’s like my kid ya know! I love that place and the staff is so compassionate and caring and I can say I never see them being impatient or rude to their clients. "Took my cat and dog in for yearly checkup. The lobby is open to Kim which is awesome. The staff is always very professional and friendly. Dr. Kubitz is amazing and I trust her wholeheartedly with my fur babies. She’s very invested in the care of all animals. She took extra time to explain to me about heartworm. She is very informative, but not pushy. I would recommend her and Parkway Animal Hospital to anyone who wants to be treated extremely well and know that their animals are being taken care of in the best possible way.
