"Had a scheduled Covid test this morning…. And showed up to see this. I understand if you get sick and you don’t have staffing, but to not notify and transfer the test to another pharmacy is unacceptable and terrible customer service. So headed to the other Walgreens in town, to only be treated rudely, and unable to get a test. The pharmacist manager Kim was exceptionally rude, unaccommodating and infuriating."
"While the staff is super pleasant, the overall service has really declined over the last year. This location used to be open on Sundays and has now decided to close completely and shorten their hours during the week too. Now I’m noticing that it takes 3-4 days for refills, and that’s after I call and complain that I’m out of my medicine. I used to be able to get them refilled same day. The drive up has always been slow, but my god! I’ve sat in line more than 45 minutes on multiple occasions and inside isn’t much better. At least in my car I have a place to sit and wait. Really need to get their act together soon or they may loose my business for good. And if I go, my mom and dad go with me."
"Update: the gray haired woman working the counter was and is still incredibly rude to customers. No greeting just stuck her hand out for my items and shoved my receipt at me. Not one word used. I always feel like an inconvenience when I walk into this store. The employee working today was vocally annoyed at my ask if there was more stock possibly in the back. This isn't even a one time experience unfortunately."
