"Well the shoddy workmanship and non code compliant installation finally failed. It took a few years but woke up this morning to well pump running non stop. After digging around a wet flooded area.i found the PVC to pex connection done by Ayers plumbing. Besides not being deep enough, the shark bite fitting used corroded away to cause failure. It would not have corroded away if it was properly wrapped in silicone tape as per IAPMO code. Without the required impervious barrier, the fitting will not last long against the dirt and corrosive environment. I usually kept an eye on what this plumber did but I wasn't around when he made that connection and covered it up. I honestly have never met such a lazy trades person who is all talk at the beginning but once you give him a substantial check, He's just trying to get out of there. He even didn't insulate the pipe coming up from the ground into the framing. I had to do that. He Installed the shut off valve to the cottage that can't even be reached. Avoid this guy. Many other problems that I won't even get into."

"Bob was very nice and helpful in diagnosing a leaking kitchen faucet for me. I ended up replacing it that day myself, but still needed a professional to determine the cause of the leak which resulted in finding out the faucet was just a poor design. Would definitely use them again in the future."
"They installed a new hybrid water heater in our house. The new water heater uses 1/4 the electricity than a traditional water heater. Our hot water now has better pressure and stays at a constant temperature. The shower stayed warm even while the washing machine was running. They did a professional job explaining, scheduling, and performing their work."
