"I helped my friend take her car in to get an estimate after an unfortunate collision. While they were very friendly, they failed to follow through on what they said they would do. The gentleman looked over her 2011 Honda Insight and told her he would have everything done for her within 24 hours and asked if she wanted the results of the estimate emailed to her to which she said yes. 24 hours later, no word. We gave him a couple extra days thinking that he would do as he said, and email her. Nothing. She finally had to call in and ask for them to be emailed to her to which the receptionist did. Suggestion. If I may, Mackins.... do what you say you're going to. It's a stressful enough situation without this. My dad used to say a man is only as good as his word. Ahem!! I don't think I'll be referring anyone here any time soon."

"Never worked with a better place. Very professional, friendly, honest, and communicative. Truck blew a tire, ruining the fender and other parts of the truck. They bent over backwards to make this as easy as possible for me. They worked directly with my insurance company and set up the rental car for me. They kept me apprised of the progress via text and phone calls. They let me know of additional damage unseen by the appraisal and got those repairs approved through the insurance. I'd recommend them to anyone needing body work."
